With over 12 years experience in the United States Air Force, James has found a niche helping small business offices utilize technology to increase productivity and streamline office administrative functions. Enabling a website or computer to perform necessary administrative functions has enabled many clients to increase productivity, reduce errors, and increase profits. After an honorable discharge, James accepted a position as financial manager and strategic analyst at Hoag Hospital. While attending Platt College full time and working at Platt College, James discovered a knack for applying business knowledge and web development and assisting business offices.

Scott Ogilvie is Evolution Bay Media Group 's Art Director, and he brings over 16 years' experience in design to the creative team. Scott is accomplished in graphic design, web development, product and packaging design, fine art/illustration, and computer animation. This impressive bundle of creative abilities has attracted companies such as Netscape, DHL Worldwide, Digital Think, Outland Films, and Allure Cosmetics to use Scott's services.

As Creative Director for The Happy Company, Scott developed the company's signature product into the affable, humorous mascot, Happy, who wrote books, participated in children's charities, and even ran for President of the United States. During his tenure with the firm, he also designed all product packaging, point-of-purchase, and marketing materials. Scott was responsible for overseeing printing and production, which was handled domestically and in the Far East.

Scott's exceptional creativity, paired with his logical approach to design, is in force for clients including Employment Systems, the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce, and Manulife Woodson.
